a. BotStackOps Property

b. Client Content
You retain ownership of data and content you provide.
You grant BotStackOps a limited license to process such content solely to provide the services.
c. AI Outputs
Unless otherwise agreed, AI-generated outputs may be used by you for your business purposes. BotStackOps does not claim ownership over client-approved outputs.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time to improve functionality, comply with legal requirements, or protect system integrity.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You fail to make required payments
Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk

10. Limitation of Liability

BotStackOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to BotStackOps for services during the preceding three (3) months
